Complaints respecting possible contraventions by ECNG Energy L.P., of the Province of Alberta's Gas Utilities Act Code of Conduct Regulation should be directed to the Compliance Officer at 403-619-7534 and to the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board at 780-427-4903.
You are not required to purchase Natural Gas or other goods or services from ECNG Energy L.P. to be entitled to receive regulated Natural Gas services from AltaGas Utilities Inc., an affiliated gas distribution company which operates in Alberta.
