What is a Cubic Metre (m³)?

The volume of gas in one cubic metre at 15 degrees Celsius and 101.325 kilopascals (kPa).

10³m³ equals 1,000 cubic metres.

What is Curtailment?

An interruption in gas supply following a request from your utility to discontinue or reduce service.

What does Customer Charge mean?

The user’s average daily gas use during one year's five highest demand days.

What does Daily Delivered Volume mean?

The daily volume of gas delivered by an direct purchase consumer to the local utility:

What is “Daily Gas Quantity”?

The volume of natural gas used in one day, measured by daily metering equipment or an average of the daily amount used in a billing period.

What is “Delivery Charge”?
